Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Support Executive (Chat Process) role located in Panchkula. The role involves interacting with customers through chat to provide prompt and accurate support, resolving inquiries and issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include addressing questions about company products or services, troubleshooting basic technical issues, documenting customer interactions, and contributing to continuous improvement by identifying recurring customer concerns and suggesting solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- 1+ years of experience in Online Support and Technical Support
- Excellent written communication skills and proficiency in English
- Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and work independently
- Prior experience in a chat-based customer support role is a plus
- Basic technical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot common problems
- Graduation or equivalent qualification
