We are hiring Customer Support Executive for an International Chat and Voice Process. The role involves handling customer queries from international clients and providing prompt and effective solutions while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain professionalism and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Accurately record customer interactions in the system.
• Follow company processes and quality standards.
Eligibility / Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months in Upselling & Semi-Technical Support ( Customer Service)
- Excellent English communication skills required.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
