What You'll Do
• Call customers and resolve queries with speed and empathy
• Handle order, delivery, warranty, replacement, and product-related concerns
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved
• Coordinate with internal teams including operations, logistics, and marketplace teams
• Manage customer conversations across calls, WhatsApp, email, and social channels
• Turn unhappy customers into loyal brand advocates
• Maintain customer records and update issue logs
What We're Looking For
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
• Comfortable speaking to customers over calls throughout the day
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
• Good listening skills, patience, and attention to detail
• Basic computer, Excel, and CRM knowledge
• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
• Prior customer support or calling experience preferred
