🚀 We're Hiring | Customer Support Executive / Senior Customer Support Executive
📍 Location: Pune
Join ZingHR, a leading HRMS/HCM SaaS company, and help deliver an exceptional support experience to enterprise customers.
What You'll Do:
Resolve customer queries via calls, emails, chats, and tickets.
Support HRMS modules like Payroll, Attendance, Leave & Employee Management.
Troubleshoot product issues and collaborate with Product & Engineering teams.
Ensure timely issue resolution and high customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For:
✔️ 2–5 years of experience in HRMS/HCM Customer Support
✔️ Experience with Payroll, Attendance, Leave, or HRMS applications
✔️ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
✔️ Experience with ticketing tools is an added advantage
