🚀 We’re Hiring: Customer Support Executive Intern (D2C | Sexual Wellness)

📌 Role: Customer Support Executive Intern
Duration: 3 Months
Location: Delhi NCR (Work from Office)
Stipend: ₹6,000/month + performance-based incentives
PPO: Based on performance
💼 What You’ll Do:
Handle customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, and email
Ensure smooth order support and issue resolution
Deliver a high-quality customer experience with empathy
Maintain customer satisfaction and retention
Coordinate with internal teams for quick resolutions
✅ Requirements:
Fluent in Hindi & English (mandatory)
Comfortable working in the sexual wellness category
Strong communication & problem-solving skills
Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
Familiar with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini (plus point)
Startup mindset: fast learner, adaptable, and proactive
