Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area (Kankurgachi) for a Customer Support Executive. The role involves daily interactions with customers to resolve inquiries and address concerns related to the XYZ Education platform. Responsibilities include providing strong customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, assisting users with online support issues, and troubleshooting technical challenges. The role plays a key part in maintaining a positive user experience and building trust with platform stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Proficiency in providing Online Support and handling Technical Support inquiries
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse audiences
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and maintain a problem-solving attitude
- Prior experience in education or technology platforms is a plus
- Proficiency with customer support tools and software
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Salary: Rs. 5000/month (+Rs. 1000 bonus/month based on performance)
