Job Title: Customer Support Executive
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and communication-driven professionals to join our team for a voice process role focused on lead generation, appointment scheduling, and customer interaction. The ideal candidate should be confident over calls, persuasive, organized, and comfortable handling daily outreach and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients/customers for lead generation and engagement
Qualify leads based on defined criteria and update CRM/database accurately
Schedule appointments, demos, or consultation calls for the sales/business team
Handle customer queries professionally and provide relevant information
Follow up with prospects to improve conversion rates and appointment closures
Maintain daily call logs, lead reports, and performance metrics
Coordinate internally with the business/sales team for seamless handovers
Ensure high-quality communication and customer experience during every interaction
Eligibility Criteria:
1–2 years of experience in voice process / telecalling / lead generation / appointment setting / customer support / inside sales
Strong spoken English and communication skills
Confidence in outbound calling and customer engagement
Basic CRM / Excel / reporting knowledge preferred
Good follow-up discipline and interpersonal skills
Compensation & Work Details:
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Work Mode: Work From Office (Hybrid may be considered based on performance/experience later)
Shift: Day Shift
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
