We are looking for energetic & confident Telecallers with fluent English communication and good convincing skills.
Responsibilities:
* Outbound & inbound calling
* Handling customer queries
* Explaining services clearly
* Follow-ups & maintaining records
Requirements:
* Min 6 months experience in telecalling/customer support
* Fluent English (mandatory)
* Basic computer knowledge
* Good communication & convincing skills
Working Details:
* 6 Days Working (Monday Off)
* Office Timing: 10 AM 7 PM
Interview:
* Face to Face
* Tuesday to Friday
