We're looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive to join our lean, high-energy team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Reach out to customers who couldn’t complete their purchase and understand their concerns with patience and empathy.
• Actively listen to customer queries around pricing, product usage, delivery, or payment issues, and offer thoughtful, helpful solutions.
• Guide customers step-by-step through their purchase journey, ensuring they feel supported and confident in their decisions.
• Suggest relevant products, offers, or alternatives only when they genuinely add value to the customer’s needs.
• Build a positive experience in every interaction, ensuring customers feel heard, respected, and cared for.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of conversations and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Uphold high standards of professionalism, communication, and customer data confidentiality.
Requirements
• 1–2 years of experience in Customer Support, Telecalling, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and active listening skills to effectively engage with customers and address their concerns.
• Ability to handle high call volumes, manage follow-ups, and maintain accurate call records.
• Problem-solving ability to understand customer concerns and guide them toward completing their purchase.
• Good time management and multitasking skills to meet daily calling targets.
• Familiarity with the D2C or e-commerce industry and CRM tools is an added advantage.
Work from office
Location - Sohna Road, Gurgaon, sector 47
Shift - 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
5.5 Days Working (Rotational Day Off)
