Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Executive based in Indore. The position involves providing excellent customer service through effective communication and resolution of customer inquiries. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer interactions, offering solutions to customer concerns, delivering online support where needed, resolving technical queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction with every interaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service
- Ability to understand customer needs and ensure a high level of Customer Satisfaction
- Expertise in Online Support and Technical Support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing issues
- Experience in similar customer-facing roles is an advantage
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is beneficial
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are a plus
