About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join Volody. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling customer queries, resolving product-related issues, and ensuring a seamless client experience in a software or SaaS environment.
The candidate should possess strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to coordinate with internal technical and product teams for effective issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through email, calls, and chat support.
Provide timely and accurate resolutions to customer concerns and technical issues.
Understand the company’s software products and guide clients accordingly.
Coordinate with the technical and product teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and issue resolution status.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professional communication at all times.
Assist clients with onboarding, product walkthroughs, and basic training sessions.
Follow up with customers to ensure closure and satisfaction on reported issues.
Identify recurring issues and share insights with internal teams for process improvement.
Prepare support reports and maintain documentation when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–4 years of experience in Customer Support, Client Servicing, or Technical Support roles.
Prior experience in the Software / SaaS industry is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple customer requests simultaneously.
Basic understanding of software applications and troubleshooting processes.
Familiarity with CRM or ticketing tools is an added advantage.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-centric mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in B2B software support will be an advantage.
Exposure to legal tech or enterprise software platforms is preferred.
