🚀 About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Telecaller with experience in handling loan products. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining loan schemes, generating leads, and closing sales while ensuring excellent customer service.
📌 Key Responsibilities
· Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads
· Explain company products/services clearly and professionally
· Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options.
· Generate leads and schedule follow-ups or appointments
· Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions
· Handle customer queries and resolve concerns efficiently
· Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets
· Coordinate with sales and support teams for smooth operations
✅ Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months – 2 years experience in loan telecalling.
- Good knowledge of loan documentation and eligibility criteria.
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (any stream)
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi & English
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with convincing abilities
