Role Description
We are looking for a qualified Customer Support Executive who will offer excellent customer service. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for ensuring that a standardized level of service is maintained for all customers. To be successful as a customer support executive, you should display excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
- Manage incoming phone calls to answer and guide customers’ queries.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Resolve customer complaints brought to your attention.
- Conduct quality assurance surveys with customers and provide feedback to the staff.
- Maintain a pleasant working environment for your team.
- Oversee the customer service process.
Mandatory Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree.
- Should be able to speak Kannada and English.
- A minimum of 1-2 year’s experience.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
