Role Overview
We are hiring a Customer Support Executive who can manage student onboarding, student accountability, support systems, engagement, and revenue growth through upselling.
This is not a basic support role.
Your responsibility is to:
- Ensure students stay active
- Help students complete tasks
- Improve student results
- Solve doubts and support issues
- Build relationships with students
- Encourage upgrades into future programs when relevant

ResponsibilitiesStudent Onboarding
- Welcome new students
- Help students understand the platform and systems
- Ensure smooth onboarding experience
Student Accountability
- Follow up with inactive students
- Track assignment completion
- Encourage implementation consistency
- Push students toward results
Student Support
- Solve student doubts
- Coordinate with mentors/trainers
- Maintain positive student experience
Community Engagement
- Increase engagement inside communities
- Build relationships with students
- Keep students motivated and active
Revenue & Upselling
- Identify students ready for advanced programs
- Recommend relevant upgrades
- Support future product conversions
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of customer support/customer success experience
- Good communication skills in English + Hindi/Telugu preferred
- Comfortable speaking with students on calls/chat
- Strong follow-up and accountability mindset
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask
- Experience in sales, upselling, or revenue-focused support is preferred
- Interest in freelancing, digital marketing, or online education industry is a plus
