We at TruckX, are looking for a high caliber Customer Support Executive who wants to join an
ambitious team whose goal is to expand the reach and growth. TruckX is one of the most exciting Bay Area
start-ups, in the Trucking and Telematics industry. Using a combination of software and hardware, we’re
transforming an industry that has seen little innovation for decades; and we already support more than
50,000 customers.
Job Responsibilities:
● Go getter attitude!
● Willing to work during the US shift timing
● Providing technical support to the clients based in the US
● Should have customer handling skills
● Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support
● Understanding and assessing customer needs and requirements
● Ability to multi -task, prioritize & manage time effectively
● Providing accurate, valid and complete information by using the right
methods/tools
● Meet customer service call handling quota
● Handling customer queries/complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time
limits
● Follow up with the customers as and when required to ensure resolution
● Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file
documents
● 9 hrs shift/day, rotational shift and 5.5 working days in a week.
Preferred Candidate:
∙ Punjab & English speaking candidates are our major focus
∙ Excellent communication skills in English
∙ Confident & persistent
∙ Should have good presentation skills
∙ Quick learner and passionate about customer support
∙ Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
∙ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT, etc.)
