🚨 **WE ARE HIRING | CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE / TRAINEE**
**Transight Systems Pvt. Ltd.** is expanding its Customer Success & Support team and is looking for motivated, customer-focused professionals to join us.
### 📌 Position
**Customer Support Executive / Trainee**
### 💼 Experience
**1–3 Years** in Customer Support, Customer Success, or Technical Support
**Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.**
### 📍 Work Location
**Work From Home**
### 🌏 Candidate Location Requirement
**Candidates must be based in North East India.**
### 🚗 Preferred Industry Experience
Candidates with experience or knowledge in **VLTD, GPS, Telematics, Fleet Management, or related technology solutions** will be preferred.
### 🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and technical issues professionally.
• Create, manage, and update customer cases in the support database.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose customer issues and provide resolutions during the initial interaction wherever possible.
• Identify the root cause of recurring or major incidents and coordinate with the relevant teams for resolution.
• Work closely with internal technical and operations teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective and professional communication.
### 🔹 Required Candidate Profile
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• A customer-centric, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
• Knowledge of **GPS / VLTD / Telematics** will be an added advantage.
• Freshers with a willingness to learn and build a career in Customer Support are welcome to apply.
