We're Hiring — Customer Support Executive Trace & Taste | Chennai (Ramapuram)
Trace & Taste is a growing e-commerce platform specialising in food ingredients, flavours, colours, syrups, and baking essentials. We work with food manufacturers, brands, and businesses across India.

The Role
As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers — handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.
What You'll Do
- Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat
- Make outbound sales calls to prospects and existing customers
- Assist with order tracking, product information, and after-sales support
- Process and coordinate dispatch of orders efficiently
- Maintain and update stock records on Zoho Inventory
- Manage and update customer data on Zoho CRM
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly
- Identify patterns in customer feedback and share insights with the team

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support
- Fluent in Tamil, English, and spoken Hindi
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment
- Familiarity with Zoho tools is appreciated
- A background in Food Technology is an added advantage
