Customer Support Executive – Travel Based UK Process
Location: Malad, Mumbai
Shift: 24×7 Rotational (UK Shifts)
Mode: Work from Office
CTC: Freshers- ₹4 LPA

Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and queries from UK customers
- Assist customers with booking issues, account queries, billing, and payment-related concerns
- Resolve concerns related to reservations, refunds, cancellations, and service experience
- Follow up on payment-related issues and provide resolution as per guidelines
- Maintain accurate customer records and interaction logs in the CRM system
- Deliver high-quality customer service while meeting defined KPIs
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate candidates from all domains are eligible
- Freshers and experienced candidates welcome
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
- Comfortable working in UK night shifts and rotational schedules
Selection Process:
HR Interview → AMCAT Test → Operations Interview
