Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls professionally and resolve queries/issues
- Provide accurate information about products/services.
- Maintain call quality and follow company guidelines.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).
Experience:
- Freshers and experienced candidates both are welcome.
- Good communication skills in Hindi or English (as per process).
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Salary & Benefits:
- Domestic English Process
- CTC: ₹18,000
- In-hand Salary: ₹14,400 approx.
