About the role (On-site: Durgapur)
We’re looking for a Customer Support Executive who enjoys solving problems and helping customers. You’ll handle customer queries through calls, emails, chat, and online platforms, guiding them from product selection to post-purchase support.
Your role will include resolving delivery and return issues, answering basic product-related questions, tracking support tickets, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure quick resolutions and a smooth customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable handling customer queries across calls, email, and chat.
- Basic understanding of technical products/machinery (training will be provided).
- Familiarity with CRM or support tools is a plus.
- Good spoken and written English & Hindi.
- Prior experience in customer support or eCommerce is preferred.
- Ability to work from our Durgapur office.
