Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Customer Support executive to join our team on-site in Bengaluru. The role involves providing exceptional customer support, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The executive will also troubleshoot technical issues, gather and analyse customer feedback,
and work collaboratively with the team to improve support processes. Building strong relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met will be the cornerstone of this role.
work timing - 9am to 6pm (Mon to Fri)
Mode : onsite & travel to customer places( for enquiries)
Salary : 10,000/- plus petrol charges for travel
Qualifications:
- Must be fluent in English and Hindi, Kannada & Telugu fluency is a bonus.
- Must have your own vehicle
- Visit booking places for inperson consulting
- Strong Interpersonal Skills to effectively communicate and build rapport with clients
- Capability to provide Technical Support and resolve client concerns efficiently
- Solid Analytical Skills for problem-solving and improving customer service processes
- Familiarity with home organising products, keen to learn and improve everyday
- Degree is not mandatory
