About the Role
We’re Hiring | Customer Support Executive
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally
- Communicate effectively with clients in English
- Resolve customer queries with accuracy and empathy
- Maintain customer interaction records
- Escalate complex issues when required
- Work collaboratively in rotational shifts
Qualifications
Required Skills
- Strong English communication skills (spoken & understanding)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good listening and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused attitude
Preferred Skills
- Candidates with prior customer support experience will be preferred
Pay range and compensation package
- Freshers: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 stipend initially, with performance-based growth
- Experienced candidates: Salary up to ₹35,000 based on skills and experience
