Role: Customer Support Executive
Years of Exp: 2–3 Years Experience
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month
Location: Saravanampatti, Coimbatore
Eligibility: Female candidates only
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive with 2–3 years of experience to handle customer queries and provide timely support. The candidate should have strong communication skills and experience in CRM tools.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chat
· Provide prompt and effective resolutions
· Maintain and update records in CRM systems
· Manage email communication professionally
· Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
· Ensure high customer satisfaction
Skills Required:
· CRM tools knowledge
· MS Office (Excel, Word)
· Strong communication skills
· Professional email writing
Preferred:
