Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Executive, based in Delhi, India. The role involves handling customer inquiries through various channels, ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently, and providing exceptional customer support. The executive will also oversee online and technical support tasks, ensuring that customers receive timely and accurate solutions. Coordinating with internal teams and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions are also key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on addressing customer needs effectively and professionally
- Experience in Online Support and Customer Service to assist clients promptly across digital platforms
- Technical Support skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns related to products or services
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and work in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
- Prior customer service experience is an advantage
- Proficiency in English and Hindi is preferred
Salary
The salary for this position ranges from ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
