Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Virudhunagar for a Customer Support Executive. The role involves resolving customer concerns, providing support to ensure satisfaction, and addressing technical or service-related issues. Responsibilities include handling customer queries efficiently, offering technical assistance, and ensuring high-quality support in alignment with the company’s standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service
- Experience with Customer Satisfaction and Online Support to address client requirements
- Ability to provide Technical Support for customer inquiries and product troubleshooting
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
- Previous experience in customer support is an advantage
