Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Customer Support Executive. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, providing online support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and resolving issues through efficient customer service. The role may also require providing basic technical support and ensuring seamless communication with clients via various channels.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction
- Experience in Online Support and Customer Service
- Familiarity with Technical Support processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage remote tasks effectively
- Previous experience in educational or e-learning sectors is a plus
