🎯 Role Overview

We are looking for a customer-focused and energetic individual who can handle customer queries, coordinate with operations, and ensure a smooth service experience.


🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via calls, emails, chat & social media

• Assist in scrap pickup scheduling & service details

• Resolve complaints with a professional and empathetic approach

• Maintain records in CRM systems

• Coordinate with operations team for smooth service delivery

• Educate customers on scrap pricing & recycling process

• Follow up for feedback & satisfaction

• Identify issues & suggest process improvements


🎓 Eligibility

• Graduate (Any stream)

• Good communication skills (Hindi & English)

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)

• Problem-solving & multitasking ability

• Customer-first attitude


⭐ Preferred

• Experience in Customer Support / BPO

• Knowledge of recycling / waste management industry

• Familiarity with ticketing tools
