Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Mumbai, with some flexibility for remote work, for a Customer Support Executive at Synoriq. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, provide technical support, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage online support requests. You will act as a liaison between the company and its clients, addressing concerns, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless customer service experience while maintaining high-quality standards.
Qualifications
- Customer Support and Customer Service skills, with a strong focus on client engagement
- Experience in Customer Satisfaction and managing customer relations
- Proficiency in Online Support and responding to digital inquiries
- Technical Support experience, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to hybrid work environments and maintain efficiency
- Basic understanding of lending or financial services is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in customer service or a related field
