โข Handle customer queries via chat, email & calls
โข Resolve questions related to algos, subscriptions, platform usage & trades
โข Maintain accurate records and follow up when needed
โข Communicate clearly without giving unauthorized investment advice
โข Work closely with tech, product & ops teams
โข Identify recurring queries and share feedback to improve the product

โข 0โ2 years of experience in customer support (fintech/broking is a plus)
โข Good understanding of the Indian stock market (especially F&O) ๐
โข Strong written & verbal communication skills
โข Ability to simplify complex trading concepts
โข Calm, empathetic, and solution-oriented mindset
โข Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
โข NISM certifications (Series VIII preferred, not mandatory)
