Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive, based in Kolkata. The primary responsibilities include providing exceptional support to customers, addressing queries, resolving technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and assisting users with online support. The role requires effective communication, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a strong focus on delivering a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction
- Experience with Online Support and responding to inbound customer queries effectively
- Proficiency in providing Technical Support and troubleshooting customer issues
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with customers
- Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple customer interactions
- Prior experience in financial services or SaaS platforms is a plus
- Proficiency in using customer support and communication tools
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
