Role Description
As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely, accurate, and empathetic assistance across multiple channels (email, chat, social, and phone). You will handle customer queries, troubleshoot basic technical and account issues, process requests, and follow up to ensure closure and customer satisfaction. You will document recurring issues, share user feedback with product and engineering teams, and contribute to improving FAQs, help-center content, and support processes. You will collaborate closely with operations, logistics, and marketing to resolve order-related queries and deliver a seamless end-to-end experience. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hosa Road,Bangalore .
Customer Support Operations
- Handle customer queries through chat and phone calls
- Resolve customer concerns related to orders, delivery, returns, exchanges, sizing,payments, etc.
- Close support tickets efficiently while maintaining good customer experience
- Provide timely updates to customers regarding their orders and requests.
2. CRM & Ticket Management
- Manage and update customer tickets through Zoho CRM
- Track open issues and follow up until resolution
- Maintain proper records of customer conversations and resolutions
- Coordinate internally with operations and logistics teams for issue resolution
3. Communication & Escalation
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
- Identify recurring customer issues and escalate them internally
- Maintain calm and problem-solving attitude during difficult conversations
4. Process & Support Coordination
- Support smooth day-to-day customer support operations
- Help improve response quality and turnaround time
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in customer support, operations, or client handling roles
- Good spoken and written English communication skills(mandatory)
- Comfortable handling customer calls and chats daily
- Basic computer and Excel knowledge
- Fast learner with a problem-solving mindset
- Experience with Zoho CRM is a plus (not mandatory)
