Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Customer Support Executive. The primary responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, providing technical and online support, and resolving customer issues effectively. The role requires delivering timely and courteous customer service while adhering to organizational guidelines and metrics.
Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Support and Customer Service, with a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction
- Proficiency in Online Support and Technical Support
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers
- Problem-solving ability to address and resolve customer issues efficiently
- Proficiency in using customer support tools and software is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification; a bachelor’s degree is advantageous
