Handle Customer Experience and Support — making sure every customer's journey feels as smooth as our fabric.
What You’ll Own:
- Understand product and Handle customer queries via WhatsApp, email, or other platforms with empathy and speed - Improvise Customer Experience
- Manage end-to-end sales order flow – from checkout to delivery
- Coordinate with shipping partners and ensure timely dispatches
- Proactively assist & resolve customer issues related to orders, delays, size exchanges, or any queries
- Collaborate with marketing, ops, and tech teams to improve CX and reduce RTOs
- Set up SOPs for support and returns/exchanges
What You’ll Need:
- 1–3 years experience customer support in a D2C
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills — friendly, proactive, and clear in ton
- eFamiliarity with platforms like Shopify, Social Media Messaging / Chats & WhatsApp Business
- Ability to juggle multiple chats/orders/issues and still stay organize
- dEmpathy and patience — someone who truly enjoys helping peopl
