Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Support Representative with a strong background in customer service and an understanding of operational processes. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in customer support, possess excellent English communication skills, and have a proactive approach to solving customer issues. This role requires a blend of customer service expertise and an operational mindset to support efficient handling and resolution of customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support:
Provide exceptional support to customers through various channels (phone, email, chat).
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure timely responses.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
Operations Support:
Work closely with the operations team to understand process workflows.
Assist in tracking and ensuring the fulfilment of customer orders and service requests.
Help streamline customer service processes to improve response times and efficiency.
Problem-Solving & Escalation:
Identify recurring customer issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
Develop solutions for common customer concerns in collaboration with the operations team.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
Generate reports on common inquiries, resolutions, and operational trends to support decision-making.
Qualifications
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in customer support, ideally with exposure to operational processes.
Communication Skills: Strong command of spoken and written English.
Customer Service Orientation: Passionate about helping customers and improving their experience.
Problem-Solving Ability: Ability to analyze issues and resolve them efficiently.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic operational tools.
