Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Executive based in Mumbai. The Individual will handle customer inquiries promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution. Responsibilities include providing online and technical support, responding to customer feedback, and maintaining records of interactions. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with internal teams & Management to resolve client issues and improve the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle member inquiries via calls, emails & WhatsApp
• Provide information about events, memberships & services
• Maintain and update member database
• Coordinate with internal teams & Management for smooth communication
• Ensure timely resolution of issues
Who Should Apply:
• Strong communication skills (English required)
• Basic knowledge of MS Office & CRM tools
• Customer-focused mindset
• Prior experience in customer support is preferred
