About SkinBaeSkinBae is building a curated Korean skincare platform in India. We work closely with global brands and focus on thoughtful storytelling, strong visuals, and education-led marketing.
We are growing fast, and the way we handle customer experience will play a big role in how the brand is trusted.
Role overviewThis role is about managing customer communication end to end. You will handle queries, resolve issues, and ensure customers have a smooth experience after placing an order.
You will work closely with operations, warehouse, and internal teams to make sure problems are solved accurately and on time.
What you will own- Handling customer queries across email, WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, and chat
- Responding in a clear, polite, and brand-aligned tone
- Tracking orders, deliveries, delays, cancellations, and returns
- Coordinating with logistics and warehouse teams for issue resolution
- Managing refunds, replacements, and return cases as per process
- Maintaining trackers for queries, complaints, and resolutions
- Identifying recurring issues and flagging them internally
- Ensuring customers feel heard and supported in every interaction
What we are looking for- 1 to 3 years of experience in customer support or D2C brands
- Strong written communication skills in English
- Comfort with WhatsApp, email tools, and basic tracking sheets
- Ability to stay calm and solution-focused under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up
- Basic understanding of e-commerce workflows like orders, refunds, and deliveries
