Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Executive, based in Bengaluru. Qualifications
- Proven skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction
- Experience with Online Support and Technical Support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and resolve conflicts effectively
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles or in the staffing or HR services industry is a plus
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems is preferred
