Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Executive based in Mumbai. The role entails engaging directly with customers and resolving inquiries related to SOFU’s logistics services.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via WhatsApp, email, calls
- Share pricing, timelines, and process details
- Coordinate with warehouse & accounts team
- Send invoices and follow up on payments
- Provide tracking updates and resolve issues
- Maintain customer records and order details
Requirements
- 1–2 years in customer support / operations
- Strong communication (written + verbal)
- Ability to handle multiple chats efficiently
- Basic understanding of logistics is a plus
