We are currently hiring for Various Call Centers in Bangalore. You can try for 10 to 15 BPO's in one place.
- No Virtual Interview, Only Face to Face. Candidates have to be in Bengaluru*****
Eligibility
Required Excellent communication in Hindi
Education: Graduate Fresher / Undergraduate Fresher as well as with minimum 6 months BPO experience
6 days of working 1 Rotational Off.
Role Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls from customers or clients.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide information about products, services, or processes.
- Responsible for handling queries, appropriate assistance
- Patience when handling tough cases.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way.
- Own and resolve customer issues efficiently, effectively and Em-pathetically.
- Following up with customers for any further information.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools.
