Role OverviewWe are looking for a Customer Support Executive who will be the voice of Shaayra Jaipur. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, proactive, and capable of handling queries across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities- Handle customer queries via WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and calls
- Assist customers with product details, order placement, and tracking
- Manage returns, exchanges, and refunds efficiently
- Resolve complaints and provide quick, effective solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams for order updates and issue resolution
- Maintain customer records and feedback for improving service
- Ensure a smooth and premium customer experience aligned with the brand
Requirements- Strong communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp Business)
- Prior experience in customer support or e-commerce (preferred)
- Good problem-solving attitude and patience
- Organized and detail-oriented
Good to Have (Preferred Skills)- Experience with Return Prime for handling returns & exchanges
- Familiarity with NimbusPost for order tracking and shipping operations
