Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Work from Home)
Shift Type: Variable Shifts (Rotational, including nights & weekends)
Language Requirement: Fluent Hindi & English (Written & Spoken)
Location: Remote (India)
Job Role Summary
We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Support Executive to handle inbound queries via phone, chat, and email. You will resolve issues related to products, accounts, or services while working independently from a home office. Fluency in Hindi and English is essential to serve a diverse customer base.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Interaction: Respond promptly to customer inquiries in Hindi and English via calls, emails, and live chat.
2. Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot problems, provide accurate information, and resolve complaints (e.g., billing, technical issues, order status).
3. Documentation: Log all interactions in the CRM system with clear, concise notes.
4. Adapt to Shifts: Work a rotating schedule that includes morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts as assigned.
5. Meet KPIs: Achieve targets for First Response Time (FRT), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), and Quality scores.
6. Escalation: Identify complex issues and escalate to the relevant department (e.g., Tech, Refunds).
7. Self-Management: Ensure a distraction-free home workspace, stable internet, and professional background during video calls (if applicable).
Required Qualifications & Skills
· Language: Fluent in Hindi and English (must be able to switch between languages effortlessly).
· Experience: 0–3 years in customer support, BPO, or a similar role (freshers with good language skills are welcome).
· Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills in both languages.
· Tech Setup (Mandatory):
· Own laptop/desktop (Windows 10+ or macOS)
· Stable broadband connection (minimum 20 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload)
· USB headset with noise-cancellation
· UPS/inverter backup for power cuts
· Soft Skills: Patience, empathy, quick typing speed (30+ WPM), and problem-solving attitude.
Variable Shifts Details
· Shift rotation: Weekly or bi-weekly changes (e.g., 7 AM–4 PM, 2 PM–11 PM, 10 PM–7 AM).
· Weekend working: 5 working days including Saturday/Sunday (2 rotational offs).
· Night shift allowance: Provided as per company policy.
