We're looking for
Customer Support Executives!
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries across phone, email, chat, and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams when required
- Provide accurate information about products and services, including features, usage guidance, and troubleshooting support
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, complaints, and resolutions in internal systems
- Follow up with customers to ensure complete issue resolution and a seamless support experience
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Operations, and Technical Support to address customer needs effectively
- Identify recurring customer issues and share insights to improve products, services, and support processes
- Stay updated on company policies, processes, product enhancements, and support procedures to deliver accurate assistance
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives focused on enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Represent the organization professionally and maintain a positive brand image through effective communication and customer engagement
