We're looking for
Customer Support Executives!
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries across phone, email, chat, and social media channels in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer issues effectively while escalating complex concerns to the relevant teams when necessary
- Provide accurate guidance on products and services, including features, usage instructions, and troubleshooting assistance
- Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions, feedback, and issue resolutions
- Follow up with customers to ensure concerns are fully resolved and deliver a positive support experience
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Technical Support, and Operations to address customer requirements efficiently
- Identify recurring customer concerns and share actionable insights to improve products, services, and support workflows
- Stay informed about company products, policies, processes, and support updates to provide accurate assistance
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing customer support operations and service quality
- Represent the organization professionally and uphold a strong brand image through effective communication and customer engagement.
