Customer Support Executives!
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally across phone, email, chat, and social media channels
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams when required
- Provide accurate information about products and services, including features, usage guidance, and troubleshooting support
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and issue resolutions
- Follow up with customers to ensure successful issue resolution and a positive support experience
- Collaborate with teams such as Sales, Technical Support, and Logistics to address customer requirements effectively
- Identify recurring customer concerns and share insights to help improve products, services, and support processes
- Stay updated on company products, services, policies, and support procedures
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for customer support operations and tools
- Represent the company professionally and maintain a positive brand image through effective communication
