Real change happens when someone works with the school — understands them, challenges them, and helps them move forward.
That’s what this role is about.
This is not a support role
You won’t be handling tickets.
You’ll work closely with school leaders, teachers, and admin teams to:
• Bring clarity where things are scattered
• Improve processes like admissions, fees, communication, academics
• Ensure the software is actually used for outcomes, not just installed
• Turn confusion into structured systems schools can rely on

What you’ll be doing
• Understand what’s really not working in a school
• Guide them on using SchoolPad to solve real problems
• Run trainings, discussions, and working sessions
• Drive adoption by showing value (not forcing usage)
• Track progress and push towards meaningful outcomes
• Become the person schools trust when they feel stuck
• Work closely with the product team to bring real, on-ground problems and help shape what we build next

Compensation
₹2.4 – ₹4.8 LPA (CTC, based on experience and fit)
