Job Summary
RegisterKaro is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to assist clients with their queries related to company registration, compliance services, and other business-related solutions. The candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to provide quick and effective support to customers.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and chat support.
Provide accurate information regarding company registration, GST, trademark, and compliance services.
Assist customers in understanding service processes and documentation requirements.
Maintain records of customer interactions in CRM or tracking sheets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and service completion.
Maintain a professional approach while interacting with customers.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and customer handling ability.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Ability to manage multiple customer queries efficiently.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience
0–1 year experience in customer support, customer service, or client handling roles preferred.
