Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Support Executive. - Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction
- Experience with Online Support and handling queries through digital communication channels
- Technical Support abilities to troubleshoot and resolve user challenges effectively
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work independently and maintain a customer-focused attitude
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is a plus
