We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our team. The role involves handling customer queries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a smooth delivery experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via call, WhatsApp, and email
- Provide shipment status and resolve delivery-related issues
- Coordinate with operations and field teams
- Maintain timely responses and service quality
- Record and track customer interactions
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask
- Prior experience in logistics/customer support preferred
