🚀 We’re Hiring: Customer Support Executive – Supply Chain
📍 Gurgaon | 💼 Full-Time | 💰 ₹3–3.5 LPA
At PURESTA Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd. (SkinQ & SkinQ Rx), we are building fast-growing D2C beauty brands focused on science-backed skincare and seamless customer experience.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive to manage customer coordination, supply chain follow-ups, and smooth order operations.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer queries related to orders, delivery, returns, and dispatch status
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and supply chain teams for timely order processing
• Track dispatches and ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Follow up regularly with internal stakeholders for issue resolution
• Maintain records of orders, complaints, and customer interactions
• Provide timely updates and support to customers
✅ What We’re Looking For:
• 1–2 years of experience in Customer Support / Operations
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong follow-up and multitasking abilities
• Basic understanding of supply chain/logistics operations is an advantage
• Working knowledge of Excel and basic operational tools
