Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Executive based in Hyderabad. The role involves assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional online and in-person customer service. The Customer Support Executive will also troubleshoot and provide technical support to address customer concerns and enhance their experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service
- Experience in Online Support and Technical Support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to respond professionally and courteously
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical and non-technical customer issues effectively
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and handle customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is an advantage
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications and CRM tools is preferred
- Fluency in English; additional local language skills are a plus
